Angie is originally from Mexico; she was schooled in the United States. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish giving her one more tool to offer dentist with patients and team members from the Latino community.

She has worked in the dental field since she was in high school giving her over 38 years of experience. During those years she progressed from back office dental assistant, to front desk and then to management. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from NMSU, she worked as an area manager and then regional manager for one of the largest dental corporation in California. Being responsible for so many offices at once has given her the experience and the skills needed to work with all areas of the dental practice. She attended Western State College of Law with a focus on medical and dental malpractice; this has helped her familiarize herself with many important legal issues. Angie is certified in dental practice management by the University of Toronto.

She has been advising dentist and multi-dental practices ever since moving to Canada in 1994. Her success as a practice advisor is attributed to her ability to motivate team members to perform at the highest level, to want to drive each other and to see work as fun and exciting thus increasing productivity and the financial health of the office. Many Dentists praise her ability to teach team members how to interact with patients in a way that makes them feel like they are special and cared for at every visit.

Here is just some of what dentists and practices, who have worked with her, have to say:
